The context

What this website is for.

Lower Manhattan, where a client comparing injectables is already anxious about being oversold. The site has to sound clinical without sounding cold.

The practitioner being a nurse practitioner is the whole differentiator, so credential appears before treatment list, not beneath a booking widget.

What the site has to do

  • Name the practitioner and the credential before the treatments.
  • Explain each treatment in plain language, with no outcome guarantees.
  • Give pricing and logistics a real page instead of a buried FAQ.
  • Keep reviews factual and attributed.
  • Make booking one clear path rather than several competing ones.

Scope

What the build covered.

Structure, content, design, and build for the whole site — the parts a visitor can see and use.

  • Homepage with credential-first hierarchy
  • Treatments index and lip-filler detail page
  • Reviews and practitioner pages
  • Booking flow
  • Clinical design system in a light palette
  • Responsive layout across devices
