Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before you start.
You do not need to have every project decision figured out before getting in touch. These answers cover the questions that usually come up first about process, pricing, platforms, timelines, and how the work happens.
Getting started & working together
Do I need to know exactly what I want before contacting you?
No. Start by describing your business, what you offer, and what feels unclear or difficult. I can help identify the right starting point.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Orivian is a remote freelance studio. Projects are managed through online communication, shared files, written decisions, and scheduled calls when needed.
What happens after I send an inquiry?
I review the details, reply with clarifying questions, and recommend a practical next step. You do not need to commit to a full website project just to start the conversation.
Platforms & deliverables
What platforms do you use?
WordPress and Elementor are suitable for many small business websites. For focused projects with relatively stable content, a lightweight modern approach may also be appropriate. The platform is chosen based on the project rather than treated as the product.
Can you work with an existing WordPress website?
Often, yes. I can review the current setup and determine whether a refresh, selected improvements, or a full rebuild makes the most sense.
Can you help with the website copy?
Yes. I can help shape the positioning, headings, service descriptions, calls to action, FAQs, and content structure needed for the website.
Pricing, scope & timelines
How much does a website cost?
The price depends on the number of pages, the level of planning and content support, the platform, and the material available. After understanding the project, I provide a written scope with deliverables, timeline, and price before work begins.
How long does a project take?
The timeline depends on the project size, the amount of content, how quickly feedback is provided, and the selected platform. A focused landing page will usually require a different process from a full business website. I will give you a clearer timeline after reviewing the scope.
Do you have case studies?
I am building a growing collection of website examples. Where a project can be shared publicly, I show the work honestly and avoid unsupported performance claims.
