Process

Understand the problem, shape the direction, build the right solution.

The process can be scaled to the project. A focused landing page does not need the same amount of planning as a full business website.

Why the order matters

Each step produces something you can read before the next one starts: the problem written down, the scope agreed in writing, the website reviewed at checkpoints, and the launch checked against the list.

That is what keeps a project from turning into an open-ended design exercise. You approve a structure and a scope first, and the build follows the agreement rather than inventing it along the way.

How we work

Five steps, from first message to launch.

Every project moves through the same five stages. The depth of each step scales to the size of the website.

  1. 1

    Talk

    Phase: Clarification

You send a short description of your business, your audience, and what you need the website to do. I clarify the real problem before we choose a solution.

    Is your problem clarity?

    What you get

A clearer view of the problem and what the website needs to accomplish.

  2. 2

    Plan

    Phase: Written scope

We agree on the pages, content direction, platform, visual approach, scope, timeline, and price before the build begins.

Planning when you do not know where to start

    What you get

A written scope with pages, direction, timeline, and price agreed up front.

  3. 3

    Build

    Phase: Execution

I design and build the agreed website in WordPress, Elementor, or another suitable approach for the project. You review the work at planned checkpoints.

    WordPress or a lightweight website?

    What you get

The website taking shape, reviewed together at planned checkpoints.

  4. 4

    Refine

    Phase: Device review

I respond to the agreed feedback, check the content and layouts, and make sure the important details work across screen sizes.

What to prepare before a redesign

    What you get

Content and layouts checked and working across screen sizes.

  5. 5

    Launch

    Phase: Public deploy

I check the links, forms, responsive layouts, and key content before the website goes live. Any agreed launch support is handled as part of the project.

What a small business actually needs

    What you get

A live website, with agreed launch support handled as part of the project.

Working together

Remote by design, with the scope agreed in writing.

Remote working

Projects are managed online through email, shared files, written decisions, and scheduled calls when useful. You do not need to be in the same city for the process to work well.

Scope and price

Before work begins, you receive a written scope with deliverables, timeline, price, review points, and what is not included.
