The context

What this website is for.

A one-of-one atelier in Milano where nothing is repeated and nothing is discounted — the scarcity is the positioning, and it has to be carried by typography rather than by badges.

The visitor is either a collector who already understands the game or a wealthy first-timer being taught it. Either way the site must read as a gallery wall, not a store.

What the site has to do

  • State the run-of-one rule without sounding like a marketing trick.
  • Give each collection the weight of an exhibition, not a product line.
  • Make the bespoke path clear for someone who wants their own commission.
  • Keep the journal as the atelier’s notes, not a content marketing feed.

Scope

What the build covered.

Structure, content, design, and build for the whole site — the parts a visitor can see and use.

  • Giant-type hero and manifesto
  • Collection pages for three runs
  • Lookbook and bespoke pages
  • Journal with article pages
  • Gallery-noir type and caption system
  • Responsive layout across devices
