Ember is the blend we drink at the cupping table every morning at 7:15. Two-thirds washed Colombian Caturra for structure and sweetness, one-third pulped-natural Brazilian Yellow Bourbon for body and that quiet chocolate depth that makes it the coffee we hand to strangers.
It is roasted to the edge of second crack — dark enough for milk, sweet enough black, and forgiving enough to taste like home however you brew it.
Tasting notes
