Since 2019
One drum,
six farms,
zero mystery.
Tinta started when our first harvest from Kalinga arrived in a sacks-for-sure gamble and came out the best cup anyone in the room had ever had — from a country that exports coffee it almost never drinks. We decided the fault was the distance between the farm and the grinder. The roastery is the fix.

The rule book, such as it is
We publish
everything.
Origin first
We only roast what Filipino farms grow, plus one Ethiopian partner for the blend. Direct contracts, published prices, harvests bought whole.
Ink, not marketing
Every bag is stamped with roast date, altitude, and what we paid the farm. If the number is not on the bag, we did not want you to taste it either.
Cancel-proof loyalty
Pause from the account in two clicks. No retention email, no "are you sure", no phone call. The coffee should be the only thing that argues.
Direct trade, on the record
Who grew your cup.
Every contract farm, what they grow for us, and what we paid per kilo of cherry at last settlement. If a number is missing here, it is because it does not exist yet.
| Farm / co-op | Region | Lot | Since | We paid |

Come stand over
the drum.
The roastery in Quezon City is open Thursday to Sunday. Cupping table is free, Mondays are production-only (that is the day your bag is born, and we will not rush a roast for a visitor).
