Inihaw sa Uling,Laging Mainit.

The 18-inch skewer started it. Now it's a full table of grilled Filipino classics — isaw, tenga, liempo, sisig — all over live charcoal, none of it rushed. Barkada tables, big appetites, sticky sauces.

Ang Pangunahi — The Signature

Why the skewer
is longer
than your forearm

Because a proper barbecue should last a proper meal. Each 18-incher is hand-threaded, marinated overnight in calamansi and cane soda, then walked over glowing coconut-shell charcoal — turned, basted, turned again — until the edges lacquer and the middle stays honest.

Order it solo with rice, or go all in: the Hanging BBQ arrives suspended over the table, hook and all. It has been photographed more times than we can count. It has also, more importantly, been finished.
