The Fern started as a mistake — a base cut 6mm short. We liked the shadow line it left, and spent three months making that mistake on purpose, consistently, at every angle.
The result is a table that reads as floating. The top is solid rift-sawn oak, 32mm thick, with a hand-planed edge that softens every reflection.
