Process

How collaboration works

Six phases from first contact to launch. You always know what is happening, what is needed from you, and what comes next.

    • Review business context, goals, audience, and existing assets
    • Identify constraints, priorities, and success criteria
  2. Phase 2

    Structure

    • Define sitemap, page hierarchy, content needs, and conversion paths
    • Create a practical project scope and delivery plan
  3. Phase 3

    Design

    • Establish visual direction, layout patterns, typography, color, and component rules
    • Review key pages before expanding the system
  4. Phase 4

    Build

    • Implement the website in WordPress and Elementor
    • Configure reusable styles, sections, templates, and responsive behavior
  5. Phase 5

    • Review content, usability, responsiveness, accessibility, and consistency
    • Resolve priority issues through an audit and revision cycle
  6. Phase 6

    • Provide handoff notes and basic editing guidance

Working agreements

What you provide

  • Access to existing assets and platforms
  • Timely feedback at milestones
  • Content or source material per scope

What feedback looks like

  • Consolidated comments against the agreed scope
  • Clear decisions, not open-ended notes
  • One owner for final approvals

How revisions work

  • Focused rounds mapped to deliverables
  • Out-of-scope requests quoted before work starts
  • Priority issues resolved before polish

After launch

  • Handoff documentation
  • Editing and maintenance expectations
  • Optional follow-on improvements

Timeline variables

Every project moves through the same six phases. You always know what is happening, what is needed from you, and what comes next.

  1. 01

Review business context, goals, audience, and existing assets. Identify constraints, priorities, and success criteria.

  2. 02

Define sitemap, page hierarchy, content needs, and conversion paths. Agree on a practical scope and delivery plan.

  3. 03

Establish visual direction, layout patterns, typography, color, and component rules. Review key pages before expanding the system.

  4. 04

Implement the website in WordPress and Elementor with reusable styles, sections, templates, and responsive behavior.

  5. 05

Review content, usability, responsiveness, accessibility, and consistency. Resolve priority issues through a focused revision cycle.

  6. 06

Complete final checks, provide handoff notes, and explain basic editing and maintenance expectations.

What you provide

  • Access to existing assets, brand materials, and platforms
  • Timely feedback on key milestones
  • Content or source material as agreed in the scope

How revisions work

Feedback is collected in focused rounds against the agreed scope. Additional requests outside scope are discussed before any extra work begins.

An initial conversation is enough to see whether the process — and the fit — make sense for your project.
