About / why we exist
Siklo means
cycle.
In 2021 our founder was a finance manager watching a payroll team try to recover a corrupted masterlist at 11 p.m. — two days before a holiday deadline, 900 employees, one spreadsheet too many. Nobody went home. Somebody started taking notes.
Siklo is what those notes became: payroll software that treats the Philippine cycle — semi-monthly runs, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, 13th-month, the bank file, the receipt — as a first-class object instead of a localization afterthought. We do one country’s payroll, and we do it better than the platforms doing thirty.
We are 34 people in Makati: former payroll officers, two ex-accountants, engineers who have personally run a payroll week. Support is staffed by people who have filed a 1601-C, which tends to shorten conversations.

The spreadsheet incident
Our founder, then a finance manager, watched a payroll team cry over a corrupted masterlist at 11 p.m. before a holiday deadline. Siklo started as the fix.
2022
First 40 companies
Built in public with Makati and Cebu SMEs. Every feature that week came from a payroll officer’s note, not a roadmap deck.
2023
The DTR that fits your shop
Geofenced punch launched after a construction client showed us crews signing paper attendance for people who were not there.
2024
Bank and GCash rails
Disbursement files for the five big banks plus GCash payouts — payables stopped needing a bank-visit day.
2026
1,240 companies, 38,000 payslips
Still Manila-only on purpose: we do one country’s payroll better than anyone does thirty.
What we won’t
optimize away
01
Ang siklo, sagot namin
The cycle is our responsibility. If a payslip is late or a contribution is mis-filed, that is on us — we put it in the contract, not just the landing page.
02
Small first
Saksi (free, five employees) exists because every company we serve started as someone juggling one spreadsheet. We grow when you grow, not before.
03
Plain words
No “synergy”, no “seamless”. A payroll system should explain itself in the language your staff actually speak — including Taglish.

34 people.
One obsession.
We are hiring payroll implementers and a compliance engineer in Makati — if you have ever reconciled a PhilHealth remittance at midnight, your cover letter is basically done.
We sync payouts with BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Landbank, Security Bank, GCash.
